Meet Moises Director of Supply Chain – PPG Planning/Procurement, Strategy

Moises After graduating with his MBA from The University of Texas, Moises worked as an external consultant for many years before finding a home with NCH. In his current role, he helps develop and drive the supply chain and operational strategy for our PPG business unit. With a great team and robust strategy, he consistently delivers high-level service to customers while optimizing inventory. Moises also finds way to stay involved with the company outside of his job responsibilities. He is active in our Wellness programs, participates in the NCH annual Golf Tournament and supports the Global Operations Council.

What do you find unique about your position with NCH?

“In my three years at NCH, I have worked in the following countries: China, India, Thailand, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, and the UK."


Meet Alisha Chemist

AlishaAfter starting with the company in 2005 as a Formulation Chemist, Alisha was promoted to Group Leader of Maintenance Chemical Formulation. In this role, she works with her team to generate new product ideas and formulations, while also reformulating existing products to be more environmentally friendly. Alisha enjoys working with an array of different products and chemistries, because the diversity makes each day interesting and unique.

Describe a professional accomplishment you have achieved while at NCH.

“I have earned one patent as a co-inventor while I’ve been with NCH, and I have at least one pending. I have also received formal training on surfactants, formulation of household and industrial products, EPA regulations, and managing people and projects.”

 


 

Meet Mike Director- Labor Relations

MikeMike has been an asset to the company since he joined NCH in 1979. As Director of Employee Relations, he is responsible for ongoing management coaching, facilitating collaborative solutions for work-related issues, assisting in the development of company policies and managing all associate relations issues. However, Mike’s impact on the company surpasses his job responsibilities. He prides himself in establishing meaningful work relationships with as many NCH associates as he can and volunteers to help his coworkers on numerous programs and committees.  He is particularly grateful for the opportunity to work with three generations of the company’s founding family, the Levy’s, whom he credits for facilitating the achievement of his professional goals.

What has motivated you to stay with NCH for 34 years?

“Both NCH and I have grown during my 34+ years. Our joint growth would not have happened without the ownership, mentoring, and investment of the Levy family. They have given me and my family a great environment in which to prosper. I feel privileged to have gotten to know three generations of their family; we have been a team from the start. I can personally highly recommend a career with our company.”


Meet Jennifer Operations Coordinator

JenniferAs Operations Coordinator, Jennifer wears many hats. Whether it’s investigating incidents that occur in the field or identifying opportunities for improvement with our management team, she is consistently providing support and customer service to our associates. For over 23 years, Jennifer has been an asset to the company not only by successfully fulfilling her role, but also by participating in additional committees and programs. She is currently the Chair for the Joyce Martin Vision Award committee, as well as a member of the NCH Team in the upcoming Making Strides Walk with the American Cancer Society.

Why have you stayed with NCH for 23 years?

“I am so honored to work for a company who invests in their people and provides a long-term future. During my time here at NCH, I have had the best experience working with incredible managers who are amazing mentors. And it doesn’t stop at the manager level; it’s with the associates throughout the company.”


Meet Brenda Senior Vice President

BrendaBrenda is responsible for leading a significant population of our sales managers as well as managing a large P&L for our Chemsearch division. Brenda started her career as a sales rep and her outstanding performance in this position served as a catalyst into management. Through hard work, drive and consistent achievements in sales Brenda has worked her way up into her current role, Senior Vice President. With great execution and consistent results, she leads the sales managers and representatives in our Chemsearch division to continued success. Brenda is looking forward to the next 20 years with NCH, and is excited about the new opportunities that her career will bring as well as the impact she will have on her associates’ careers.

Please give a brief description of your time here at NCH.

"I started here 20 years ago looking for a career that would give me an opportunity to succeed. I have enjoyed the challenges as I have tackled each responsibility in the organization. I look forward to the next 25 years and the challenges and fun that the career will bring."


Meet Steve! XCHEM's Pilot/Senior Account Manager

Steve McCaskill

Steve McCaskill is located out of our McComb, MS location and has been with XCHEM for 34 years; his professional interest is to do whatever he can to help XCHEM excel and has witnessed it become a recognized name in the production chemical industry. He says he loves the challenge of problem solving and the feeling of accomplishment in doing so. He still enjoys flying and once passed on an airline career to stay with XCHEM because of love of the company. He also enjoys family time and especially time with his grandchildren. His passion is deer hunting. Steve once served in the US Navy as a Jet engine tech and served on a nuclear weapons team and his squadron was deployed on the USS Independence .
